Keeping It Real Sewing: A Simple Apron Tutorial

I've got a treat for you!

With Bari J's permission I am posting images of her wonderful aprons with links to her blog and shop AND links to the two tutorials on how to make these wonderful vintage-y aprons that everyone NEEDS to have in the kitschen.

Plus the time is perfect RIGHT NOW to make one (or several) because Stampington has put out the call for their new publication called "Apron*ology" - how perfect is that!?! Submission due date is September 15, 2008 and YES, that is Bari J's apron on the flyer!

So, without further ado - here are more wonderful apron images and the links to the PDF's of the tutorials:

Visit Bari J's blog: - she's got quite a sense of humor and loves to "give back" so tune in regularly for her lovely presents!

And for a real online shopping treat - visit Bari J's online store: - her designs and fabrics are simply to die for AND I totally love how she incorporates vintage pieces in her work!
